As the Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for a variety of accounting and finance support functions, especially correctly entering large volumes of data into Microsoft Excel and ERP systems and databases. This long-term contract / temporary to hire position requires the Data Entry Clerk to be based in Provo, Utah.How you will make an impact- Following techniques and procedures for data program and meeting data entry requirements- Preparing data for computer entry by assembling and organizing information; creating entry priorities- Aiding the company in data entry and additional administrative tasks- Processing customer and account source documents, reviewing data and detecting deficiencies- Carrying out operations, using policies and procedures; detailing necessary revisions- Handling highly sensitive information- Executing additional tasks as required Requirements - 1+ years of experience- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision- Possess strong organizational and follow-up skills- Expert Microsoft Excel skills required- Excellent verbal, written, and social skills- Demonstrated knowledge of customer service- Numeric data entry experience- Comprehensive knowledge of Computer Data Entry- Knowledge of data entry- Perform Data Entry experience preferred- Adeptness in Call Center Customer Service- General familiarity with Resolve Customer Service- Typing Data Entry experience- Practical knowledge of account management- Strong computer skills including customer database systems- High school diploma or equivalent obtained- Produce a data entry speed of 8,000 keystrokes per hour with 100% accuracy Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
