meet you. This position primarily focuses on recruiting and
supporting daily office operations , while also serving as a key
point of contact for candidates, staff, and visitors. What We’re
Looking For The ideal candidate is: Must be bilingual in Spanish A
true people person with excellent communication skills Comfortable
answering phones and responding to text messages Calm and
professional under pressure Organized and able to multitask
throughout the day Coachable, trainable, and eager to learn
(experience is not required) Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Key Responsibilities Recruit and communicate with potential
candidates Answer incoming phone calls and text messages Assist
walk-in visitors and provide in-office support Support daily office
operations and administrative tasks Maintain a professional and
