Job Description:
Blue Fire Leads is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing
Account Strategist for an immediate need to manage large budget
national lead generation campaigns. Competitive salary based on
experience. At Blue Fire Leads, we specialize in enterprise level
lead gen for our clients using the top digital marketing platforms
which include Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.
The main goal of our team is to grow and scale quality generated
leads for our clients. This position reports directly to our
marketing director and will have opportunities for growth and
increased responsibilities early and often. Responsibilities
include, but are not limited to: Build, execute, and optimize
digital marketing funnel across platforms and verticals (FB,
Google, Pinterest, YouTube) Manage a team of digital marketing
specialists and lead them in achieving lofty profit goals Develop
paid search/social strategy based on client-specific goals and KPIs
Actively test and analyze targeting criteria, ad creatives, landing
pages, and bid strategies to drive results in line with clients---
goals Communicate performance results and strategy recommendations
to management Identify and maximize new opportunities for client
growth Think creatively to develop innovative tactics and
strategies that drive results Follow industry trends, drive
innovation, and contribute to training Skills & Experience: 5 years
of experience in managing, developing, and optimizing paid digital
marketing across social and search Strong technical understanding
and experience in: Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager
Ability to think outside the box and find creative solutions
Demonstrated critical thinking skills and good judgement Creative
ability to develop new copy and messaging strategies Should be a
self-starter with a tenacious desire to problem solve and
crack-the-ad-codes with our target audiences and geographic
locations Strong leadership qualities and track-record of
effectively working with other departments/teams Preferred but not
required: experience managing a small team, click rate
optimization, design, copywriting, landing page creation. If
