POSITION SUMMARYWe are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our marketing team as the Global Director of Creative Services. This key leadership role will be responsible for overseeing and managing our internal creative agency, ensuring the delivery of high-quality design, copy, video, photography, and creative traffic management services. The Global Director of Creative Services will play a crucial role in shaping our brand identity, delivering compelling creative content, and driving the company's marketing efforts to new heights.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Creative Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of creative professionals, including designers, copywriters, videographers, photographers, and creative traffic managers, to deliver outstanding, on-brand creative solutions.
  • Brand Strategy: Collaborate with the Global Vice President of Marketing and other key stakeholders to develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and values.
  • Creative Direction: Provide strategic direction and creative guidance to the team, ensuring that all creative outputs consistently reflect the brand identity and messaging.
  • Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end project management process for all creative initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards. Conduct weekly update meetings with management on projects.
  • Creative Campaigns: Conceptualize and execute innovative marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital, social media, print, and events, to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Collaboration: Foster strong cross-functional partnerships with marketing, product development, sales, and other departments to ensure alignment and integration of creative efforts.
  • Resource Management: Optimize the allocation of resources within the creative team, including budget, personnel, and external agencies, to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and measure the performance of creative campaigns and initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize future strategies and drive continuous improvement.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in creative marketing, incorporating relevant insights into our creative approach.
  • Compliance: Ensure all creative materials meet regulatory and legal requirements, adhering to brand guidelines and industry standards.QUALIFICATIONS
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
    • 10+ years of creative experience, with a minimum of 7 years leading a multi-faceted creative team, preferably in the health, wellness, or related industries.
    • Strong understanding of brand development, creative strategy, and campaign execution.
    • Talented creative who can translate marketing/business strategy into a defined concept and bring that vision into reality
    • Proficiency in design software, project management tools, and analytics platforms.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate creative teams to achieve exceptional results.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
    • High level of organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the health and wellness industry is advantageous.
