Job Description Job Description Turner Staffing Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of an innovative facility project within a technology development environment. This on-site, project-based role will oversee the design, execution planning, operational readiness planning, and construction delivery of a multidisciplinary facility project. This opportunity is ideal for a project leader with strong construction and study-phase experience who can drive outcomes across technical teams while maintaining strict control over scope, budget, schedule, and risk. Role Overview The Project Manager will lead a cross-functional team of technical subject matter experts and support functions responsible for delivering a state-of-the-art facility that includes: Laboratory space for advanced technical testing Data and networking infrastructure to support modeling and analytics capabilities Office and collaborative workspace The successful candidate must have experience managing projects through all phases—from concept and study to execution and construction completion. Key Responsibilities Provide overall project leadership across technical and functional disciplines Develop and manage project execution plans and scope documentation Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation Manage scope, cost, schedule, and change control processes Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration Provide construction-phase project development expertise Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks while capitalizing on opportunities Maintain strong safety focus throughout construction and implementation phases Deliver project milestones within agreed timelines and financial parameters Required Qualifications Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Project Management, Science, Business, or related discipline Demonstrated experience managing projects through both study and implementation phases Proven leadership capability across multidisciplinary teams Strong influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills Experience managing budgets and cost controls on complex projects Strong risk management and commercial awareness Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work effectively in rapidly evolving environments Strong safety mindset in construction settings Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship Ideal Candidate Profile Experienced in construction-related project delivery Comfortable operating in dynamic, innovation-driven environments Strategic thinker who can challenge assumptions and drive superior outcomes Confident decision-maker with strong organizational discipline Strong preference for Salt Lake-area candidate Why Join Turner Staffing Group?
