$80,000 - $100,000 / year Orem Mazda is hiring a Lead Service
Advisor / Assistant Service Manager to help lead daily operations
in our fast-paced automotive service department. This role focuses
on customer experience, service advisor leadership, sales and
service drive efficiency. Responsibilities: Support daily service
drive operations and workflow Lead, coach, and support service
advisors and technicians Deliver excellent customer service and
maintain CSI scores of 92% Ensure accurate repair orders, menu
presentations, estimates, and documentation Develop a culture of
teamwork with technicians, advisors and parts departments. Assist
with customer concerns and quality control Partner with dealership
leadership to meet department goals Qualifications: 3 year
automotive service or dealership experience Strong customer service
and communication skills Prior lead advisor or supervisory
experience preferred Mechanical knowledge a plus Experience with
DealerTrack and Xtime preferred but not required Benefits: Paid
