Who YOU AreBEN is seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to oversee an exciting new platform which will serve the content creator community with a specific focus on content curation. The Product Director will lead the project throughout the research, development, and rollout stages, ideating from inception through launch and beyond, with the support of a world class technical team. The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial spirit, and a proven track record of managing projects from idea to market. Previous experience in a start-up or consulting environment is preferred. The Product Director will interface with diverse teams including marketing, social and development, aiding in the UX/UI construction to serve them. Candidates must have strong presentation and delegation skills, while simultaneously managing competing priorities. • Lead the product direction, while guiding and developing the product's vision, communicating and adhering to key milestones, and refining the product, all while propelling the initiatives necessary for key stakeholders.
• Work closely with stakeholders, clients, product users, and implementation teams to develop and oversee the product road map and delivery.
• Identify issues and formulate solutions to ensure all functional, financial, and client satisfaction goals are met
• Seek out feedback and data to fully understand the client needs, as well as the total potential of the product.
• Assume full ownership of product direction and product management, and act as its advocate/evangelist in a range of settings.Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in gaming, top-tier consulting, tech product management, or similar functions
  • Passion for gaming preferred
  • Proven track record in bringing products to market
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience managing diverse teams (design, technical, marketing) to deliver products
  • Experience in social media content creation, curation, workflow and publishing on YouTube, Instagram, Twitch
  • Expertise in managing client/stakeholder relationships for complex and evolving products
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Performance-driven self-starter and team player with outstanding written and oral communication skills
