Job Description OVERVIEW The Director of Sales Operations for Solcius will be responsible for ensuring a phenomenal sales experience for all of our sales partners. He or She will do this while sitting between sales, design, underwriting, finance, and technology ensuring that all needs are met and collaboratively finding ways to innovate the solar sales process. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES --- Oversee the underwriting requirements for all internal and external stakeholders, in addition to managing a team of individuals responsible for ensuring projects meet all required criteria - Architecting the sales process while ensuring that all required information is collected and distributed to the necessary parties - Identifying innovative tools that can speed up processes or provide better sales/customer experience - Delivering accurate reporting to various internal and external parties - Driving collaboration in cross functional teams to ensure improvement in timelines, rework, and processes - Owning the deployment of innovative changes through outset to completion, often through collaboration with technology or other teams - Documenting and communicating changes in systems, processes, underwriting requirements, or company updates to relevant stakeholders - Liaison with external vendors, financers, or authorities that impact the sales process REQUIRED EXPERIENCE - Knowledge of solar industry is NOT required, rather the ability to analyze and improve a sales process is what we are looking for - Experience working in sales or supporting sales teams - Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, and present data to varying audiences both internal and external - Experience working with detailed processes and driving improvement and simplification - Management experience in driving a team to hit critical timelines and clearing out queues of projects - Must be willing to work in person at our corporate office in Provo, UT Salary DOE Company Description Please review our website.
