A management consulting firm is in need of a Remote Technical Change Management Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:
Being a versatile team player who is comfortable under pressure, ambiguity, frequent change, or unpredictability
Creating and maintaining stakeholder engagement, analysis, and communication plans
Developing graphics and layouts to increase engagement, training retention, and ensure adoption
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

Experience with organizational change management methodology experience
Bachelor's degree or 3-5+ years of experience applying organizational change management approach
Exceptional follow-up, documentation and attention to detail is key
Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Ability to leverage your technical skills and be proficient in Microsoft Team, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Expertise working with stakeholders in a complex organization with diverse businesses, geographies, and cultures
