The role will support theSolution Teams(BTOs, Sustainability Solution Leaders, etc.) by directly leveraging the tools and by training theSolution Teamson how to access and use the tools directly. The FM Product Solutions Development Director will collaborate with FM Product Assurance resources to analyze how products are performing and how they are being solutioning and supported in order to create a feedback loop with the Product Owners andSolution Teamsand foster continuous improvement and drive operational excellence and FM differentiation.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop, maintain, refine, and provide training related to FM product solutioning tools (legacy APEX tool, host services integration, smart FM solution impacts, etc.)Aid solutions team through training, setup and support related to FM product solutioning tools such as the FM underwriting workbook, self-perform optimization, and asset labor loading toolsDevelop and maintain product dashboards and reportingOther duties as assignedREQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

  • Minimum Bachelors degree, graduate level degree preferred
  • 5+ year of directly relevant experience with analytics and enterprise facilities management operations and outsourcing industry
  • Technologically and analytics savvy

Errors in judgment may cause long-term impact to line of business and/or overall company.Colorado and New York Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidates education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the] position is $140,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is annually 160,000. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidates skills, qualifications, and experience.
