    • Assists with the management of unit and supervision of nursing service personnel
    • Assists in the maintenance and evaluation of supplies and equipment to meet the demands of the clinic
    • Assists with the evaluation and care of clinic and telehealth patients to be seen by UHS Providers
    • Exhibits professionalism, team-work, and exceptional customer service in all aspects of work
    • Maintains a level of knowledge conducive to providing high quality patient care
    • Performs department specific procedures and treatments per UHS Policies and Procedures
    • Maintains patient health records
    • Actively participates in maintaining a safe and clean working environment
    • Demonstrates regular and punctual attendance pattern
    • Assists with supervision of clinic volunteers
    • Participates in other activities as assigned Required Qualifications
      • Licensed as a RN in the state of Texas.
      • Three years of experience as a RN.
      • A minimum of one year of direct patient care within the past three years.
      • One year or more years of experience in a leadership position as a RN.
      • CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
      • Demonstrated ability to successfully work with a diverse community and provide services from a non-judgmental perspective.
      • Demonstrated leadership, communication, and team-building skills.Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.Preferred Qualifications
        • More than three years of experience as a RN.
        • Experience as an RN in an ambulatory care clinic, medical office, or college health setting.
        • Experience with direct supervision or management of staff.
        • A strong knowledge base and understanding of student health related issues.Salary Range$77,000 per yearWorking Conditions
