Summary:The Senior Regional Sales Director (Sr. RSD) will be an
experienced, growth oriented business professional with a
demonstrated ability to proactively create, cultivate and enhance
relationships with current and potential customers throughout the
West. The Sr. RSD will ultimately be responsible for achieving and
surpassing sales goals within the region by leading a dynamic field
sales and support team. The ideal Sr. RSD is an exceptionally
creative and well-organized salesperson, as well as an excellent
leader, coach and critical thinker. - - -Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Regional Sales Directors
- Sustain and extend our highly effective, dynamic, team oriented
culture and foster a successful and positive team environment
- Ensure the achievement of assigned personal and team business
targets
- Mentor and coach the region's Regional Sales Directors and
field sales team towards actions and initiatives that result in
productive territory growth and increased market share among
Brivo's reseller channel.
- Create and enhance relationships with Brivo's key
resellers
- Ensure the team's continued professional development and
organize onboarding for new team members
- Prepare sales forecasts and growth plans
- Establish, monitor, and report on metrics to measure team
performance and quotas while correcting deficiencies where
necessary
- Ensure that the regional sales plans are aligned with and
support the company revenue goals -Qualifications:
- 10+ years of direct sales experience preferably within the
security industry, SaaS, software sales, or information
security.
- 5+ years of sales management experience leading channel sales
professionals - -
- Demonstrated track record of success meeting assigned sales
quotas on a consistent basis.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate
effectively with management and cross-functional teams for both
technical and non-technical audiences.
- Present ideas, expectations and information in a concise,
professional and well organized manner.
- Process, data driven sales background. Strong experience with
Salesforce.com along with building trackable and repeatable sales
processes
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% of the time
