Job Responsibilities for the Project Manager:
Control and monitor construction through direction of on-site Superintendent to ensure project is built on time and within budget.
Assist in labor negotiations/strategy in project meetings.
Maintain good relationships with clients. And manage financial aspects of contracts and the overall profits and loss of each project.
Maintain weekly and monthly tracking of profit and loss on all jobs, and labor performance on all jobs.
Supervise all workers on their projects through Project Superintendents as well as work of the Project Coordinator.
