Our client is searching for a Chief Financial Officer who will oversee all financial and accounting needs. They will be responsible for compiling tax reports, compose financial reports for the company and other entities, as well as provide financial advice and solutions.


The responsibilities for this position include:


* Ensure company accounting procedures conform to generally accepted accounting principles.

* Integrity, honesty, strong work ethic and the ability to handle confidential information.

* Maintain day-to-day operations and financial management, overseeing accounting and related business functions.

* Assume full responsibility of managing the relationships and financial covenants with banks, financial partners, and outside investors.

* Work closely with relevant advisors including lawyers, investment professionals, tax experts, and other intermediaries.

* Ensure the fiscal integrity of the company's business through the enhancement and management of accounting systems, a strong control environment and checks and balances to minimize risk.

* Assist with annual audits, tax return preparation.

* Prepare, review and discuss client financials on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis with client leadership.

* Excellent communication, problem solving, and interpersonal skills necessary.

* It is necessary to be proactive, resourceful, flexible, and efficient while working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.


*Education & Experience:*


* A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Accounting, Finance

* Proven track record managing the financial operations and risk management of a complex organization.

* CPA is a MUST

* 4+ years of experience preferably public accounting and public accounting tax experience.

* Any real estate development and investment management is preferred.


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: $165,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
