A large not-for-profit health system is seeking an outpatient geriatric physician for an exclusive geriatric clinic seeing patients ages 65 and older. The successful candidate will provide expert care for seniors in primary care, consultative care, chronic illness, dementia diagnosis and care, medication management, and caregiver stress management. Candidates must be board-certified in family or internal medicine, and having fellowship training in geriatrics is preferred although not required.Opportunity Highlights\r\n
