direct patient care utilizing the nursing process in compliance
with established standards and organizational policies. This
position requires a valid Utah nursing license and includes the
necessity of maintaining certifications in Basic and Advanced Life

Position Summary:
Provides direct patient care to patients using the nursing process
in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice and
with the policies of the organization. This is a Nursing Service
position that provides delivery of patient care with the knowledge
of a Registered Nurse.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate's degree in Nursing Required
Utah Registered Nurse
Must have a current valid Utah nursing license or compact state
nursing license
Basic Life Support (BLS) within 60 days
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 6 months
Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) within 1 Year, if expired,
employee will have 60 days to bring to date.
