Job Description:
To provide medical expertise to support patients in living the
healthiest lives possible. As a Pain Physician at Intermountain
Health, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals
committed to providing quality care and excellent patient
experience. You can anticipate practicing general outpatient pain
care, treating acute and chronic musculoskeletal, spine, joint, and
other pain conditions (this includes cancer, abdominal, pelvic, and
fibromyalgia pain) with both fluoroscopy, ultrasound, and EMG
guided procedures along with dedicated clinic time 2-3 days per
week. Our pain management team practices in a state-of-the-art
facility, providing advanced procedures and innovative therapies to
design treatment plans that are customized to our patients'
specific needs and address the full continuum of care. This is an
interdisciplinary pain medicine team consisting of 4 physicians, 7
advanced practice providers, 3 pain psychologists, and 2 dedicated
pain physical therapists including one with special training in
pelvic pain. · You will practice at the Utah Valley Hospital campus
in Provo, Utah with extensions to Spanish Fork, American Fork,
Delta and Filmore. · You can anticipate working standing clinic

Medicine · ACGME fellowship-trained in pain medicine · Active,
unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one ·

Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. $7.25 - $999.99 We
