Job Description Job Description Description: Base Pay: 80 percent Full-Time Equivalent (FTE), which is $62,500, with additional performance pay available for total potential earnings up to $75,000. Program Cost: The residency program is funded by MLPT and is viewed as an investment in the future of the company and profession at large, there are no tuition costs. Our Orthopedic Residency provides practicing clinicians advanced orthopedic education and 1:1 clinical mentorship to develop highly skilled, evidence-based practitioners and future leaders in the profession. As a resident, you will integrate best evidence into patient care, collaborate with experienced mentors, and prepare to sit for the Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) examination through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties (ABPTS). Schedules are designed to balance patient care, coursework, and professional growth. Participate in Specialty Rotations: Experience unique learning opportunities including orthopedic surgical observation, physician clinic collaboration, EMG observation, and musculoskeletal ultrasound training. Develop as a Leader and Educator: Complete leadership, service-based, and research projects while attending monthly spine rounds, in-services, and conferences such as the Mountain Land Running or Pelvic Summit.
