Requirements Qualifications MD or DO degree from accredited medical school Completion of pediatric residency Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Pediatrics Strong written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively Demonstrate leadership qualities and commitment to excellence
