ManagerRate of Pay: $2.13/Hour + tipsShift: Variable shifts, Monday
- SundayPart-Time, Year Round/Seasonal Position WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS
REQUIREDSUMMARYResponsible for creating an exceptional Sundance
experience by providing consistent, friendly, professional, and
timely service of food and beverages for Owl Bar guests.ESSENTIAL
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may
be assigned.Ensure (server stations and floor including patio) is
set and ready for service to the Sundance standard Complete
designated opening and closing responsibilities.Maintain a neat and
clean appearance in compliance with health code.Wear a complete,
clean, designated, wrinkle free uniform and name tag.Ensure proper
sequence of service is completed for all guests.Warmly greet all
Owl Bar guests.Inform of daily specials, signature drinks/dishes,
and personal recommendations.Enter orders in point of sale system
using proper table and seat numbers to ensure accurate delivery of
food and beverage.Collect accurate payment for food and
beverages.Display knowledge and compliance of Utah liquor
laws.Exhibit responsible service of alcoholic beverages in
accordance to laws, policies and procedures.Learn all drinks and
obtain a good knowledge of wines.Attend regular trainings on drinks
and service standards.Prepare and/or serve drinks, along with
serving food to bar patrons. Prepare all drinks/wine for the guests
in absence of bartender.Learn all food on the bar menu.Ensure
pleasant dining experience for bar guests.Set up and stock at the
beginning and end of each shift.Change draft beer kegs.Stock beer,
wine juices, liquor and fruit.Keep (floor and patios) clean and
organized at all times.Make sure (server station) is clean.Support
recycling program.Share the Sundance story of land preservation and
environmental commitment as the occasion arises.Share the history
of the Owl bar with guests.Gather wood for fireplace & build fire
when appropriate.Transport dirty dishes to kitchen dishwasher.ALL
SUNDANCE REPRESENTATIVES ARE EXPECTED TO:Embrace and promote all

accurately support and promote all Sundance departments, amenities

COMMITMENT Support and participate in environmental programs
associated with position, for example: minimize waste, recycle,
conserve energy, purchase and use sustainable products, educate
co-workers/guests on environmental ethic, support vendors with
similar environmental ethic, decrease pollution levels, minimize
the use of toxic chemicals, restore wild life habitats, and carpool
with co-workers to minimize carbon emissions. All employees are
invited to participate in environmental or Sundance Preserve

mangers are expected to be in compliance with the Dress Code
determined for his/her department as defined in the job description

professional image that meets Sundance guest's expectations,
employees are required to dress in a professional, conservative
fashion that is appropriate for their area. Please use the
following as a minimum standard: All aspects of the Personal
Appearance policy (SPL#50) must be in compliance.Employees are
required to wear nametags at all times while on duty.Clothing must
be unwrinkled, clean, and in good condition (no rips, tears, or
frays regardless of whether accidental or fashionably placed).Blue
jeans worn with a black beltAppropriate skirt length is from the
knee to the ankle.A tailored fit is required of all clothing.Tank
tops, halter tops tube tops, and spaghetti straps are prohibited.
Sleeveless shirts are permitted for females.Bare midriffs are
prohibited.Proper footwear for your department is required.Dress
sandals are permitted for females.Flip flops are prohibited in all
areas.Black socks and black non-slip shoes are required.Owl Bar
t-shirt must be in good condition. Sundance logo baseball caps must
be in good conditionHair must be cleaned and combed. Long hair must
be worn off the face.No jewelry except for stud earrings and a
wedding band.Clean shaven or trimmed beard for men, no
stubblePants/shirts must be free of stains, frays or
holesPants/shirts must be clean and pressedEmployees must be
showered with clean teeth, fresh breath, clean hands and
