Zone Support Supervisor -SPAR is growing and we are expanding our Part Time Zone Support Supervisor to assist the retail merchandiser team. As a Zone Support Supervisor, you will work closely with the Director and Leads to have a complete understanding of the client projects, tracking progress, support in recruitment, screening, onboarding of new merchandisers, and merchandising when needed.     • Work closely with Directors and Leads to gain a knowledge on client projects/directives
    • Tracking project progress through to completion to ensure we meet clints expectation
    • Support recruiting, screening, and onboarding of new merchandisers
    • Coordinate special pre-project activities
    • Use independent judgment and discretion when dealing with challenges
    • Merchandise stores if needed
    • Other duties as assigned -Qualifications:
      • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
        • Merchandising grocery or drug store experience preferred
        • Available nights and weekends
        • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
        • Able to work remote
          • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy of work
            • Strong computer skills and Microsoft Office
            • Able to carry and lift up to 40 lbs. repeatedly
            • Able to bend, stoop and stand for extended periods
            • Internet access with an active email address
            • Android or iOS smart phone and/or tablet for wireless reporting
