  The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for Supervisor duties in the Housekeeping department. This includes inspecting guest rooms, coaching and counseling employees, resolving guest complaints, general office duties, maintaining the cleanliness public areas and guest rooms.

  Qualifications:
  
  • Minimum 1-year hotel housekeeping experience required
  • Prior housekeeping supervisor experience preferred
  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight
  • Attention to cleanliness detail
  • Able to walk and stand throughout duration of shift
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn the usage of software and devices
  • Have open availability to work varied shifts, in line with hotel occupancy, inclusive of weekends and holidays
