Right now, many of our employees are working fromhome, and for this role we currently support temporary remote work from Utah, Texas, and Colorado. As we look to return to our Provocampus during 2021, we will require physical relocation for employees in statesoutside of Utah.--

About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to join our HR Global Total Rewards team. As the Payroll Manager, you will lead Nu Skin's payroll function and direct our global payroll strategy, ensuring pay is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations. You will be accountable for developing checks and balances to ensure proper payroll processing procedures are followed and establish payroll best practices to be used company wide. In this role, you will lead and mentor a Payroll Administrator, and you will report directly to our VP of Global Total Rewards.

What you will do:

  • Implement, maintain, and review payroll processing to ensure payroll is processed timely and accurately
  • Ensure gross to netcalculations are accurate and compliant to federal, state, and local taxjurisdictions. Implement and maintain monthly, quarterly and year endreconciliation--in accordance to 3rd party tax provider standards andrequirements. Ensure timely tax filing
  • Create best practicemethodology for balancing and reconciliation to ensure payroll is reconciledfrom end-to-end. Retain detailed recordkeeping of discrepancy details includingresolution
  • Drive procedure and systematic solutions to improve operational controls and compliance; ensure SOX payroll controls are in place; maintain proper documentation and knowledge to successfully respond and comply with audits (both internal and external)
  • Provide communications and support to employees and vendors, acting as the primary liaison with Workday Payroll and ADP
  • Partner with leaders and end-users to identify training and business operational needs and opportunities; capture business requirements, update policies and procedures, and work with HRIS team members to develop and design system solutions
  • Manage a Payroll Administrator and provide coaching and development opportunities--
  • Champion for change transformation and maintain positiveenergy Why we're excited about you:
    • You have 8+ years relevant payroll experience, with 4-6 years management experience--
    • You have a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or another relevant field
    • You have experience processing Payroll for amulti-state and international publicly traded company and thorough knowledge oftaxation requirements
    • You are customer obsessed and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills--
    • You have a strong working knowledge of Excel
    • You have experience with equity and stock-based compensation payroll requirements--
    • You have experience with Payroll and equity administration systems and reporting third-party in/out interfaces (SAP, Workday, ADP, Morgan Stanley)-- Benefits & Perks:
