Job Description:

The IS Technician II plays a critical role in maintaining and
enhancing our technical operations across all facilities. This role
involves working with complex information systems to ensure uptime,
reliability, and efficiency in line with our environmental and
safety objectives. Provide technical support and troubleshooting
for all IT-related issues within the company, including hardware,
software, and network problems. Maintain, analyze, and repair
computer systems, hardware, printers, and computer peripherals.
Coordinate with external vendors and internal staff to perform
routine servicing and installation of IT equipment. Ensure strict
compliance with company’s data security guidelines and support
initiatives in information security. Monitor system performance and
make recommendations for upgrades and improvements. Document
technical issues, solutions, and support procedures. Support the
implementation of new software applications and network
integrations. Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software
systems. Experience with various operating systems (Windows/Linux)
and database management. Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose
problems, and implement solutions. Knowledge of network
configuration, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN.
Proficiency in documenting processes and monitoring performance
metrics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for
interacting with team members and external suppliers. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k CompTIA A
certification Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or similar
Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) certification is a
plus
