The ideal candidate will have experience handling sophisticated commercial disputes, including IP-adjacent business litigation, contract disputes, trade secret matters, and technology-focused conflicts. Salary & Benefits Competitive base salary range of $250,000 - $400,000, depending on experience Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan with employer contribution Paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays Discretionary annual bonuses CLE and professional development support Flexible hybrid work options depending on caseload Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Admission to the Utah Bar, or eligibility for prompt admission 5 years of commercial litigation experience Experience in IP-related litigation, trade secret disputes, or technology-focused cases preferred Strong research, writing, and analytical abilities Experience with depositions, motion practice, hearings, and managing discovery Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail Responsibilities Represent clients in a wide range of commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, business torts, and technology-related conflicts Draft and argue motions, briefs, and other litigation documents Conduct and manage fact and expert discovery, including depositions Develop litigation strategies and advise clients on risk, options, and case management Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial Collaborate with colleagues on complex intellectual-property-adjacent litigation Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and high-quality work - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
