As a Sales & Inventory Specialist , you’ll focus on building strong relationships, supporting high-value accounts, and driving revenue—while also gaining hands-on experience in operations, logistics, and inventory that will set you up for long-term success. What You’ll Do Deliver fast, friendly customer service in-store and in the yard Process sales transactions, returns, and payments accurately Assist customers with product selection, quotes, and special orders Build relationships with existing customers and support sales outreach Support inventory accuracy through routine cycle counts Assist with basic Accounts Receivable tasks, including payment processing Provide dispatching and administrative support as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent 2 years of customer-facing experience in retail, sales or service preferred Office Administration Skills Light Accounting AR/AP experience is a plus Comfortable using ERP or warehouse management systems (NetSuite experience is a plus) Basic understanding of inventory management and product handling Experience performing cycle counts is a plus Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service, accuracy, and follow-through Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred Forklift or material handing equipment experience is a plus Must be 18 years or older and able to work in a physically active, fast-paced environment Why Join Us? Other Skills and Abilities PHYSICAL DEMANDS Frequently required to stand/walk Frequently required to talk, see or hear Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times WORK ENVIRONMENT Work is performed onsite at a company store and related outside yard and warehouses. Work environment varies as this position often requires time spent indoors at the store seated at a computer, or outside in the elements assisting employees and customers in the yard and warehouse. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position, requiring a standard 40-hour workweek. Hours may fluctuate based on the season, with weekend work and occasional overtime required based on business needs.
