Youll Love This Role If You Are a confident, grounded leader who holds high standards and leads by example Enjoy building systems, processes, and structure where others see chaos Take pride in organization, accuracy, and efficiency Believe great leadership means developing people, not just managing tasks Can balance urgency with calm, clear decision-making Thrive in accountability-driven environments What Youll Do Lead, train, and supervise a team of 710 warehouse staff Develop and implement streamlined warehouse processes with a Lean mindset Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and flow Ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately and on time Manage inventory, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy Maintain excellent warehouse organization, including bin location systems Oversee delivery management, including loading and unloading of all deliveries Maintain accurate inventory records and proper product storage Ensure the safety of all warehouse personnel and enforce safety standards Monitor performance, address issues promptly, and continuously improve operations Collaborate closely with the rest of the leadership team to support company goals What You Bring A strong leadership personality and mindset Proven warehouse management experience Excellent organizational and operational skills Experience with inventory management, deliveries, and cycle counts Warehouse Management Software experience (SAP knowledge a plus) Ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing accuracy A proactive, solution-oriented approach to challenges 100% commitment to living Chariots values and mission Perks & Benefits Monthly health insurance stipend (with professional guidance) $50K life insurance policy included Paid holidays, PTO, and an Audible subscription for personal growth Employee discounts referral bonuses A fun, inclusive, genuine culture that thrives on performance The Details Full-time | MondayFriday | On-site in Salt Lake City, UT Compensation: $55,000 -75,000 salary (based on experience) No late nights.
