Job Description:
Temp Join our growing team in a sheet metal fabrication shop in
North Salt Lake! The Metal Finisher (Grinder) prepares aerospace
metal components by grinding, deburring, and finishing parts to
meet quality and surface-finish specifications. This role supports
production by ensuring parts are safe, clean, and ready for
assembly or shipment. Location: North Salt Lake, UT Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 3:30pm-2:00am Pay Rate: $17-$20 Key
Responsibilities Grind, sand, and deburr metal parts using hand and
power tools Remove sharp edges, weld spatter, and surface defects
Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met Assist
with material handling and general shop support Maintain a clean,
safe, and organized work area Follow all safety and quality
procedures Qualifications Experience with metal finishing or
grinding preferred Comfortable using hand and power tools Strong
attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Ability to
lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work Reliable,
safety-minded, and team-oriented
