Make a Difference.Title:- Supervisor, Business Analyst Overview of PositionThe main function of the Business Analyst Supervisor is to provide operational and strategic support to ensure all processes are running smoothly.- The Supervisor will manage key initiatives driven by ongoing deliverables and process improvements and lead initiatives to analyze complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.- The Supervisor plans, manages and controls the activities of a team that provides expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.- The Supervisor brings expertise or identifies subject matter experts in support of multi-functional efforts to identify, interpret and produce recommendations based on company system's needs and ensures that policies and procedures align with corporate vision. The Supervisor selects, develops, and evaluates personnel ensuring efficient operation of the function.What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?Employee Engagement

• Monitor and measure employee performance
• Determine and review employee OKR's and IDP's in accordance to the departmental goals
• Meet with employees one-on-one to review performance and any disciplinary action
• Strong people development including onboarding, training, mentoring, feedback, & development plans with the demonstrated ability to coach and develop new and existing BAs
• Conduct huddles with team to review outstanding initiatives and general day-to-day operational tasks
• Deliver excellent functional and team performance by planning, developing, organizing and evaluating the team and organizational function while ensuring effective resourcing and staffing by having the right people with the right skills in the right seats
• Create a vision and plan for your team to ensure continuous improvement in strategy and execution
• Understand, value, and lead in a highly collaborative environment
• Maintain and approve employee time-off and payroll
• Serve as employee liaison for disputes and general inquiriesCross-Department Collaboration
  • Coordinate with other departments regarding process initiatives and new implementations
  • Work collaboratively with leadership to ensure shared accountability
  • Attend weekly/monthly meetings including town halls, training and strategy sessions
  • Monitor and respond to emails/communication
  • Maintain knowledge of current and future projects
  • Provide and update documentation as needed
  • Coordinate production incidents and high-severity issues with necessary teamsOperational Support
    • Respond to incoming inquiries in a manner consistent with department protocols
    • Strategic, value-focus and understanding; customer-focused perspective.
    • Drive escalations to resolution
    • Act as subject matter expert within the product of responsibility
    • Create documentation for undocumented scenarios
    • Review and analysis of operational measures, such as volume, performance, productivity and forecasts
    • Determine areas for process improvement including tools to communicate those improvements and initiatives
    • Anticipate ongoing needs of the department including labor, forecasts and project implementations
    • Maintain/review internal audit measures
    • Ensure daily/monthly reports are being updated
    • Lead internal meetings as neededOther
      • Regular 1:1 with Manager
      • Determine and review OKR's and IDP's with Manager in accordance to the departmental goals
      • Evaluate team performance and provide feedback to managerWhat are the requirements needed for this position?
        • 5 years experience with business analysis --
        • 5 years experience in payments, EOB conversions, HIPPA compliance, Coding is a plusWhat other skills/experience would be helpful to have?
          • Previous leadership experience or experience training, teaching, coaching and mentoring
          • Ability to clearly collaborate and execute a vision and direction through employees and peers
          • Ability to attract, retain and develop employees
          • Experience in effectively leading an organization through change
          • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences
          • Strong leadership skills that inspire team confidence and respect while motivating team members in a creative and effective manner
