Why We're Rad (about us): 

Rad Power Bikes is a leading consumer-direct ebike manufacturer specializing in high quality yet affordable electric bikes for weekend warriors, hardcore commuters, and family cyclists. Madly growing and located in Ballard, we are seeking a gifted full-time Commercial Sales Rep to join our Commercial Sales team. If you have experience in customer care, B2B sales, and a knack for relationship building, this might be the role for you! Our Commercial Sales Rep will be responsible for helping our B2B business unit bring on new customers, focusing on urban logistics and on-demand delivery services. This is a great role for someone who likes to own the full life-cycle of the sales process, from identifying potential opportunities to relationship and account management. This is a mid-level role with opportunity for growth. 

 

Why You're Rad (about you): 

  • 2-5 years of experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to identify buying interest and maximize sales opportunity with potential customers in a short period of time 
  • Prior experience fielding inbound leads
  • Proven track record of generating, pursuing and cultivating outbound sales leads

 

Additional Requirements: 

  • B.A./B.S or equivalent B2B sales experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to conduct meetings and interface in a professional manner
  • Occasional travel may be required

Experience using Shopify, Hubspot and Zendesk

 

Had you been with us last month, you would have:

  • Driven sales to contribute to successful year end results
  • Helped customers take advantage of end-of-life inventory opportunities
  • Introduced customers to the newest additions to our 2021 product line
  • Secured commitments from commercial customers planning their fall 2020 and spring 2021 business
  • Interacted comfortably with buyers in multiple channels of business, helping identify appropriate solutions for different industries and use cases
  • Worked with events team to promote Rad Power Bikes at targeted commercial sales events, and follow up post-event to turn generated leads into new customers
  • Communicated the unique value and performance advantages of Rad Power Bikes to customers and potential customers 
  • Guided customers through order process, from initial quote generation to finalizing the sale, and working with ops team to make sure product is shipped on time and correctly
  • Provided input and insight in forecast planning for the coming fiscal year
  • Other duties as assigned
