Who you are:

* Someone who has experience working with horses

* A team player who works well with others

* Someone who embodies Young Living's core values

What you'll own:

* Managing and maintain jousting equipment and animals' areas as needed

* Managing and handle horses including grooming, saddling, feeding, cleaning tack, and providing fresh water

* Monitoring horses and identify any health issues including wounds, illnesses, and/or lameness

* Participating in jousting events presented by Young Living for the general public and members

* Participating in light jousting, heavy jousting, and obstacle courses for Young Living events

* Follow safety procedures as outlined by Young Living

* Assisting in manufacturing lances and tips for jousting shows

* Required to travel up to 25%

Experience you'll need:

* Knowledge of emergency procedures for any equestrian accidents/incidents

* Working knowledge of jousting events

* Skilled in horse management

* Ability to work in a team

* Ability to operate heavy equipment such as tractors and forklifts
