Manager, Coach Development
Influence Coaches by helping them grow their business, develop
skills, and accomplish their goals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Coach leadership
in the region.
Effectively share strategies, best practices, and vital
behaviors with Coaches to improve their business.
Assist Coach leaders in establishing personal and team
Work daily with Coaches through field visits, coach calls,
social media, and targeted one-on-one coaching to help them
strategize and make a plan to achieve their business goals.
Manage regional social media groups and other social platforms,
to provide updates, training, recognition and to respond to Coach
questions and comments.
Research and understand customer and market trends to influence
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Team
Contribute to the development and leadership of regional market
- Other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from a 4-year accredited college or
university in a related field or equivalent combination of
education, training, and experience that provides the required
knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Must be bilingual in English & French.
5 to 7 years of relevant and related experience
