FP&A Analyst (R99676)

We are looking for an FP&A Analyst to join our growing team
of financial planning and analysis experts. This position reports
directly to our Manager of FP&A. The ideal candidate has
experience in budgets, forecasts, month-end reporting, and ad hoc
analysis. They will prepare comprehensive financial models, analyze
past results, determine future outcomes, and present analysis on
forecasts and trends. Excellent analytical problem-solving skills

Assist in creating and managing corporate and operational
budgets and forecasts.
Analyze and forecast costs as well as audit and implement
Provide feedback and analysis concerning trends.
Distribute financial reporting to department heads, managers,
and cost centers.
Prepare monthly performance package including financial and
Perform ad hoc analysis and reports to mitigate risks and
provide opportunities for improvement.
- Construct and report KPI's that provide visibility and
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience.
Ability to present and communicate effectively.
Experience in data analysis and reporting.
Knowledge of Excel, Workday, and Adaptive Insights.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience in Workday and Adaptive Insights.
Strategic and critical thinker.
Strong in communication (verbal and written).
Proactively takes initiative and makes decisions
- Highly analytical, accurate, and detail oriented.
