Rocky Mountain ATV/MC Customer Experience Team Members:
Work with customers to provide industry leading solutions,
support, recommendations, facilitate transactions, and conduct
Use independent judgment and decision to ensure customer
expectations and Rocky Mountain quality of services can be
Collaborate and work with amazing team members to make sure
product orders are placed, inventory is reconciled, and
distribution details are met.
Maintain data and metrics to measure efficiency, logistics, and
facilitation of products to customers.
Respond to and resolve issues and solutions.
Conduct research, collaborate with specialists/experts on
product applications and customer expectations.
Perform inventory control procedures including monitoring and
maintaining optimal storage/inventory efficiency and response.
Work collaboratively and cooperatively with others, committing
to a workplace of teamwork, dignity, and respect.
Previous experience in a customer service/experience environment
is desired but not necessary. Rocky Mountain is committed to

Ability to understand, read, and/or comprehend instructions and
