Job Description

We are seeking a committed, talented, experienced Medicare Training Specialists, who prides themself in excellence, to join our existing team of professional facilitators. Job Duties:

  • Train new hires on Medicare for multiple clients virtually as well as in person
  • Gather and evaluate information from employees and management to identify opportunities to correct knowledge and performance gaps
  • Conduct recurring training for existing employees throughout the year
  • Assist with recruiting and training new trainers in preparation for Medicare Annual Enrollment Period
  • Develop and design effective digital and print educational material
  • Identify individual and team skill gaps
  • Liaise with operations and client managers to determine training needs
  • Effectively conduct role-playing activities to develop employee sales skills
  • Assess the impact of each educational course on staff performance and client satisfaction
  • Maintain updated records of training curricula and material

Job Responsibilities:

  • Completing timekeeping daily for new trainees
  • Completing projects timely and continuing communication regarding project status
  • Complete class surveys for every class taught
  • Gather and provide ROI regarding performance improvements for agents after training
  • Conduct training assessments to determine the most effective way to increase agent performance

Requirements:

  • Work experience as a call center Trainer or similar role
  • Experience in Sales is a plus
  • Familiarity with interactive learning activities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Thorough working knowledge of Medicare
  • High level of interpersonal skills and integrity
  • Ability to adapt to changing needs and work environment
  • Strong project management
  • Excellent time management and ability to multitask
  • Commitment to excellence

Preferable:

  • Sales experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Knowledge of Health insurance licensing expectations and requirements
  • Knowledge of Learning Management Software (LMS)
  • Associate level degree or higher
  • Current Utah Health Insurance License
