About the Role: The Learning and Organization Development Manager plays a key role in developing the critical capabilities that enable business growth. In this role, you will partner with leaders across the company to understand business needs. You will conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis and design, develop, and facilitate innovative solutions to improve the employee experience, build leadership capability, and strengthen the Nu Skin culture. In this position you will report to the VP of Talent Management and Organization Development. While this position has no direct reports, you will partner with leaders across global functions and markets and work as a member of a team dedicated to accelerating the engagement, development & performance of people, organization, and culture that drive the Nu Skin Mission and Vision. What you'll do: Diagnose performance challenges at the individual, team, and organizational level and identify solutions for improvement and growth.Develop data-based insights and influence direction of capability development programs.Design and plan organizational development solutions to help achieve specific business goals and accelerate employee and leadership development, culture adoption and business transformation.Lead program development and execution including cross functional project management, vendor negotiations, program communication and marketing etc.Develop high impact learning materials and training content for face-to-face, virtual, and on-line training.Deliver and facilitate high quality learning experiences to build capability in leaders and teams.Apply Nu Skin methodologies to train and mentor others on leading organizational change.Support organizational design and alignment of roles, responsibilities, behavior, and outcomes. What you'll need: Phenomenal verbal and written communication skills and effective project management skills. Ability to develop high quality, engaging face-to-face, virtual, and on-line learning content. Excellent presentation, facilitation, and stand-up training skills. Broad knowledge of leadership, team, and organization development theory and application. Knowledge of change management and creation of change management plans. Proven success in working with diverse global teams. The ability to effectively mentor leaders formally and informally. Excellent interpersonal skills to work optimally, gain credibility and influence across all levels. A bachelor's degree in learning and development, communications, organization effectiveness, human resources, or related field. A master's degree is very strongly preferred. 2-5 years' experience in learning and development, change management, or organization development.
