The Role: Vivint is seeking a Data Analyst to support the
Corporate Commissions team. You will provide employees and leaders
with clear insight to variable compensation. You will help deliver
business users' requests for timely, accurate, and reliable data
and make sure the business units you support are leveraging correct
data sources and consistent calculations.
What you will be working on:
- Develop reporting and analytics tools to identify drive
efficiency within Commissions.
- Design and build impactful data analytic reports and
visualizations to help employees better understand their variable
- Use tools such as Snowflake, Tableau, Workday, Salesforce, and
- Work with the BI team to design and maintain the functional
data model to establish department standards, drive standardized
data governance, definitions, and compliance.
- Perform data audits to validate large data sets for accuracy,
integrity, and quality.
- Identify & help drive opportunities for advanced analytics
(forecasting, machine learning, etc.).
- Provide ad-hoc report and data requests while still providing
long-term data strategy guidance.
- Develop expertise of Vivint commissions and payroll data (as
well as the processes that create the data) to interpret and
validate data and to troubleshoot, discover, and analyze data
- Continuously look for, and implement, process improvement
Who you will work with:
You will work closely with the corporate commissions team
(supporting Install Techs, Field Service, Inside Sales, Customer
Loyalty, Customer Retention, and Billing) along with leaders of the
groups they support.
What we're looking for:
