This role will assist the Human Resource Director with all projects
and assignments as needed.
Here are a few of the specific responsibilities:
Prepare and coordinate with new hires to complete required
File all paperwork in appropriate files in a timely manner;
Assist in the maintenance of all personnel files for current and
Prepare 90-day and initial competency evaluations and coordinate
the necessary documentation with each department head;
Track and distribute company keys to employees;
Verify all professional licenses, and maintain a licensure tracking
Coordinate new hire orientation including classroom setup,
instructor schedules, documentation, media, and all everything else
Prepare and distribute notices of inservices and training to staff
and department heads; and
Maintain records of completed inservices for all staff on HR
database; distribute certification cards to employees.
Pay: $16-$19 depending on education and experience.
College level reading skills including computer operations (Word,
Excel, Outlook); effective writing skills, sound written and oral
communications; planning, basic research, analysis, interpretation,
and evaluation; organization and time management; basic
mathematical skills; flexibility; problem-solving and mediation
skills; effective interpersonal skills.
