SyncTimes is an innovative, fast-growth healthcare technology company on a mission to improve the healthcare experience for staff and patients.

Having established a strong base of existing loyal clients and advocates, SyncTimes is poised for continued growth, and we're searching for another experienced account executive who can assist us as we accelerate our mission to serve more health centers. This is an opportunity to join a startup with a proven track record growing out of founder-led sales for the first time, while representing a product that has the potential to revolutionize the health care industry.

Account Executives are responsible for finding and developing relationships and closing deals with health centers before handing off the client to the customer success team. Successful account executives are effective hunters, relationship builders, networkers, and closers.

--- Persuasion & Education: Confidence & competence to work with executives, negotiate deals, educate the market, and seek sales expansion opportunities within a tight-knit health center community.
--- Business Development: Inclination toward and effectiveness with finding new opportunities and keeping pipeline robust.
--- Extreme Ownership: Ability to work independently, aggressively growing and managing pipeline.
--- Pleasant Persistence: Effective Account Executives don't give up and are pleasantly persistent as they work with health centers.
--- Discipline: Organization and communication skills to manage many deals to closure.
--- Problem Solving: Technical thinking ability to align clinical workflow needs with system on implementation
Honesty/Integrity: SyncTimes is committed to over deliver for our clients, which begins with an honest experience with an account executive.
--- Manage deal pipeline to close new clients at $100k+ contract values
--- Build pipeline through digital media (e.g. email, social media), in-person networking, cold calls, and partnerships
--- Regularly (-2x/month) travel to conferences to develop relationships with health centers
