Job Description:

CleanTelligent Software is looking for a highly-motivated, passionate Product Support Specialist to join our support team. The support specialist is responsible for performing tasks related to product support services. This representative must provide excellent customer service as well as technical and product support by responding to phone calls and emails of CleanTelligent customers. The product support specialist is also required to document all activities and communications about problems related to product support services and report them to the development team for potential solutions. The specialist will report directly to the Product Support Manager, and collaborate with other support, onboarding, & customer success team members.

Although the position is 100% work from home, applicants should reside in Utah and be able to commute to Provo for occasional team meetings.

What you'll own:
Assist product users and customer administrators via phone and ticketing systems
Follows proper documentation standards for ticket handling
Offers technical support to users by responding to questions and concerns
Troubleshoots common issues and reports clients' bugs towards appropriate department if further assistance is needed
Identifies problems and guides clients through corrective steps
Writes and maintains documentation to improve customer records
Assists clients by suggesting various devices and techniques
Coordinate with business units to support new product developments and existing product enhancements
Develop knowledge bases and FAQs for CleanTelligent customers
Performs data entry for customers as assigned by the Product Support Manager
Assist with scheduled training sessions from the customer from one offs or accounts and onboarding
Other responsibilities as assigned

1-year minimum previous help desk or technical customer service experience
Ability to communicate in a professional manner
Incredible phone and written communication skills
