Job DescriptionPleasant Creek- Entry Level Guest Experience SpecialistSummaryPleasant Creek is seeking a Seasonal Guest Experience Specialist. This position is the first point of contact for our guests, and it is vitally important that the person in this role is loves to work with people and create lasting impressions. They ensure the guests have a fantastic check in & out experience. Our guest experience specialists are customer experience experts. They work hard to maintain professionalism within the parks. Their responsibilities include checking in & checking out guests, making reservations, cashiering, maintaining inventory and camp store as well as other duties as assigned.Position Prerequisites

• Preferred to have 1+ years' experience with customer service
• Incredibly attentive to detail, process oriented and organized
• Resourceful, ambitious and a high sense of personal responsibility
• Knowledge of Microsoft word & ExcelPosition Responsibilities
  • Interface with the Park Manager to ensure guest satisfaction.Ensure quality control & operational efficiency.
    • Assist in the development of the RV parkCandidate Profile
      • Genuinely motivated to learn and contribute to a growing team
