  • Maintaining electronic equipment, i.e. computers, iPhones, iPads, desk phones, and printers
  • Troubleshoot PC and Mac issues in person
  • Set up hardware and install software
  • Basic network troubleshooting
  • User accounts management for various systems
  • Inventorying, tracking, and auditing equipment assets
  • Other IT support tasks as requiredRequirements:
    • Strong Mac OS X skills
    • Strong Windows skills
    • 3+ year(s) of experience in a Corporate Help Desk / IT Support environment
    • Associate degree in Information Technology, or equivalent training/certifications
    • Must be self-motivated, proactive, and willing to take on new challenges
    • Expert at software and hardware troubleshooting
    • Be able to work in our Provo office. (This is not a work from position)
