Hours will range between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m., Monday through Saturday.Primary ResponsibilitiesWill function as a key-holder for the office (either opening or closing the office) and report to the CS Office Manager.Will assist with troubleshooting, problems with agents, handle escalated customer calls when necessary.Will contribute to training and mentoring new employees.Will also act as a customer success agent taking inbound customer calls.Customer Success Agent ResponsibilitiesAnswer 80-100 incoming phone calls per day from customers and identify the type of assistance the customer needsAsk appropriate questions and listen actively to identify specific questions or issues while documenting required information in computer systemsAssist customers in navigating LifeSeasons and NeuroQ websites while encouraging and reassuring them to become self-sufficient in using our toolsResearch complex issues across multiple databases and work with support resources to resolve customer issues and/or partner with others to resolve escalated issuesComfortable learning multiple supplement facts and upselling/cross-selling as opportunities present themselves in calls with membersFluency in computer navigation while talking to customersAble to research complex issues across multiple databasesSpeaking both Spanish and English fluently and professionallyYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:5 years (cumulative) of supervisory and/or management experience.High school diploma / GED (or higher) OR equivalent work experience, with college coursework encouraged.Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, Social Media, Internet navigation which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications quicklyCall center experienceBilingual (Fluent in both English & Spanish) 18+ years of age or olderDesire to help peopleInterest in health, wellness, and supplementsExcellent customer service skillsProfessional positive attitude & courteous telephone etiquettePreferred Qualifications:2+ years of experience in a related environment (i.e., office, administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.) using phones and computers as the primary job toolsPrior experience in the supplement industryAssociates degree or applicable knowledge and experienceSoft Skills:Demonstrated ability to listen skillfully, collect relevant information, build rapport, and respond to customers in a compassionate mannerProficient conflict management skills such as mirroring, to resolve issues in a stressful situationBenefits available: Health, Dental, Vision, 401k, HSAMonthly Free Product Allotment and Discounted Products Opportunity for professional developmentPay range: Commensurate with experiencePI182900978
