Job DescriptionOrder Pullers are responsible for the pulling of the correct items in correct quantities for each retail store, as indicated on the pack slips for each order. They have good attention to detail, the ability to inspect for quality and quantity, as well as strong communication skills for notifying the line leader of issues, prior to packaging. The Order Puller may also be responsible to perform other duties as capable and assigned.Position Responsibilities:Responsible for pulling the correct item and amount as indicated on pack slipNotify Line Leader of any discrepancies on pull linePerform Quality Control Inspections while pullingPackage signage as requiredWalk pull lines assigned to ensure accuracy of ordersBuild boxes as required to complete pullHelp with fabrication and all aspects of pullSkills:Detail orientedAbility to communicate and understand instructions with minimal supervisionUnderstand procedures and standards set forth by company and Dept.Ability to speak and read English proficientlyWork Schedule:This is considered a flex part-time position. It will average under 30 hours a week but has a flex out period of aprox. 1 week each month that they do not work. During peak production they work 7 days a week including saturday and sunday. Schedule 1/2 a full-time employee 6am to 10am when FT works 8 hrs. and 5am to 10am when FT works 10 hrs. determined by the fulfillment manager.Minimum Position Requirements:High School diploma or equivalentAbility to speak, read and write EnglishAvailable for weekend work schedules and overtimeRequired to lift a minimum of 35 lbs & stand for long hours at a timeAbility to pass a background check and drug screen
