Concept Plus is seeking a Senior Level Cybersecurity Specialist for a current project located at Hills Air Force Base in Utah.Primary Responsibilities:

• Assessing and Implementing Cybersecurity policies and Controls
• Shepherding the system through all the six steps of RMF
• Generating ATO documentation
• Software Approvals and their investigation
• Assisting in setting up ACAS and McAfee.
• Directing Security Baselines and STIGs to be implemented on the MRKI-NET system. Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university
  • Cybersecurity certifications: CISSP, CEH, and Security +
  • Five years of relevant engineering experience
  • Experience in an Engineering role with responsibilities in the planning, designing, implementation, testing, and delivery of a system with Cyber/Information Assurance requirements
  • Experience with design, implementation, compliance, testing of cybersecurity controls.
  • Excellent communication (written and oral), negotiation and interpersonal skills necessary to work effectively with engineering teams, management, customers, partners, and government.
  • Experience providing expert level assistance in the development of the cybersecurity elements of a DevSecOps pipeline and support the development of a RMF Package to receive Authority to Test and Authority to Operate
  • IAM Level II/III certification
  • UNIX/LINUX command line experience.
  • Scripting and programming experience.
  • High Performance Computing (HPC) experience
  • Must be clearable.
  • Must be a US Citizen.
