Oversees all program compliance and data quality including; Provider's Thing Due, Service Coordinator's Things Due, Alerts, Timely Reports, APR indicators and other compliance indicators. Supervises Service Coordinators and service coordination activities including; BTOTS, service coordinator caseloads, provider caseloads, referrals, intakes, child file and child file reviews. Maintains a full caseload at all times. Assists parents of eligible children in gaining access to early intervention services and other services identified in the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP); coordinating the provision of early intervention services and other services (such as medical services for other than diagnostic and evaluation purposes) that the child needs or is being provided; Facilitates the timely delivery of available services; Continuously seeking the appropriate services and situations necessary to benefit the development of each child being served for the duration of the child's eligibility; and accurately documenting all aspects of the child's services in the paper file and in the Baby Toddler Online Tracking System (BTOTS). Monitors program translation activities including; newsletter, program forms, and home visit translation to ensure information and documentation is appropriately translated. Is a member of the Leadership Team to help define program processes and procedures.
Requirements

• Knowledge of local community resources.
  
• Ability to move from one task to another quickly and with ease.

• Possess the ability to motivate participants and encourage their self-efficiency.
  
• Current Utah Driver's License
  
• Has obtained or will be in the process of obtaining Baby Watch Early Interventionist Credential
  
• Is or will be CPR/First Aide Certified
  
• Acts as a Mandated Abuse Reporter

    Experience
    
    • Bachelor's degree
      
    • Bachelor's degree from a nationally accredited university or with (5) or more years of experience in providing pediatric early intervention services preferred.
      
    • 5+ years
      
    • At least 5 years' experience working with infants and children
      
    • Experience working with children and or individuals with delays and/or disabilities
