Duties and Responsibilities:

* 2+ Years experience as a Network Administrator
* Maintain desktop and laptop computers and network systems
* Experience monitoring, installing, and troubleshooting routers and switches
* Experience with firewalls, VPN configuration (Sophos)
* Experience with cloud-based productivity suites (MS Office 365)
* Wi-Fi administration
* Managing and maintaining all security protocols for Caselle's network
* Strong technical background in network protocols, and network management
* Provides routine maintenance on computers and servers
* Maintains all license and warranty information and ensures compliance to licensing agreements
* Knowledge around phone and phone system configuration and provides in-house support for phones (Mitel VOIP system)
* Is point person for phone switches and phone configuration
* Strong problem-solving skills, analytical and communication skills
* Follows confidentiality procedures to protect company information and employee information
* Researches and recommends network system upgrades, technology changes, and other items to improve the overall network performance and security
* Support Caselle's networks and infrastructure
* Ability to provide daily support to Caselle employees with individual work station needs
* Ability to interact professionally and courteously with Caselle employees and others
* Virtual machines (VM Ware)
* Knowledge of DNS and IP addresses
* Create & Maintain documentation on all systems
* Knowledge of the following will be helpful: Acronis Cyber Protect, Office 365 Administration, SQL Servers
