Aerotek is seeking for a full time CWI for a local full time job for a fabrication shop, this is a full time / direct hire job and traveling is not required. One of our clients in Payson, Utah is looking for a mid-level with 2-3 years of experience as a CWI. The CWI will be working as as swing shift Quality Control Inspector at a large manufacturing facility, once again this is a full time job and not field work. Looking to hire a candidate with 2-3 years of experience as a CWI or QC inspector in a fabrication shop or NDT. The candidate will inspect in process welding fabrication processes and finished products. For this role the CWI will be on the fabrication floor inspecting welds, grinds, and products throughout the different stages of production. The right candidate will be expected to ensure that defect free product is produced and all solutions lead to a safe, high-quality, and less burdensome environment. They CWI must be familiar with Ultra Sonic Testing, must have a strong analytical experience. Keen attention to detail, and a proven track record of accuracy and improving efficiencies. --- Proven track record of Six-Sigma Lean improvements --- Must be able to communicate in English or be bilingual (English-Spanish) Shift: 5pm-3:30am, 1 opening Experience: 3 years of previous experience as a CWI Pay: $30-31/hour + full benefits, direct-hire.
