The right candidate for this position will be responsible for serving as the first point-of-contact for customers, responding to inquires/requests, resolving customer issues, and delivering excellent service primarily through inbound phone calls. Responsibilities
--- Answer incoming customer service phone calls and emails in a friendly, professional manner, providing accurate and prompt responses to customer needs.
--- Provide problem identification and resolution, with proper escalation of calls as needed.
--- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

Qualifications
--- Willingness to work 4 - 6 hours per day / 20 - 28.5 hours per week
--- Must be able to manage inbound calls and messages each day
--- Must possess a positive attitude and be a team player
--- A good understanding of quality customer service principles is necessary for this position
--- Meet all company goals for Quality Assurance and Customer Service
--- High school diploma or equivalent
--- Must have the desire to help others and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
--- Good computer skills and experience with MS applications - Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
