We offer opportunities to grow as a professional while becoming an integral part ofthe community you help serve.Job DescriptionLoan ProcessorOrem, UtahFull-Time (8:30 am 5:30 pm) with an hour lunchBase Pay (DOE) + Quarterly Performance Bonuses + BenefitsPrimary ResponsibilitiesPrepare loan documents, book loans, and fund consumer and commercial loans.Order credit, title, flood, environmental, and other reporting needs for loan officers.Follow up with loan officers on missing loan documentation.Assure that all loan files are accurate, complete, and compliant with bank loan policy and regulatory agencies.Superior customer service skills to loan officers and other departments of the bank.Other side duties as assigned by the Loan Department Manager.Full-time employees are offered competitive pay and benefits packages which include health and dentalinsurance, disability and life insurance, paid time-off, 401(k) plan and holiday pay.Minimum QualificationsSuperior customer service skillsStrong math, reading, Microsoft Office, and computer skillsTake ownership of assigned dutiesSuperior communication skills, both oral and writtenAbility to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications & ExpenienceHigh school diploma or other formal educationWorking in a team environment with problem solving thinkingBanking, mortgage, or work experience in a professional office environment
